    Sleeve Dryer Introduction

    Sleeve dryer is improved on the basis of the traditional drying machine used for high humidity material, and it is an energy-saving dryer with high efficiency. Now the sleeve dryer has reached the advanced international level after continuous improvement which can not only process the high humidity materials with both weak and strong stickiness. Sleeve dryer is used to dry all kinds of slag materials with humidity less than 85% like brewer’s grain, alcohol grain, fruit grain, medicine slag, sauce grain, sugar grain, starch slag, animal faeces and butcher leftovers.

    Sleeve Dryer Features

    1.No air leakage solves the tough sealing issue; complete installation can be done in two hours.
    2.The energy-saving dryer is easy to adjust and control the final moisture index according to customers’ requirement.
    3.The discharging temperature is below 50 degree, which makes the materials enter the feed warehouse directly without the cooling process in cooling house.
    4.Low energy consumption, little investment and cost, environment protection.

    Sleeve Dryer Principle

    Materials enter the inner side of the drum through the feeding device to realize current flow drying process and absorb heat from both inner drum and middle drum, which extends the drying time and realizes the best drying condition. Finally, materials fall into the external layer of the drum from the other end of the middle of the energy-saving dryer, processing in a rectangle multi-loop way. The dried materials move quickly out of the drum under the hot air, while the wet ones remain because of their own weight. Materials are dried completely inside the rectangle shoveling plate and then cooled by the single drum cooler, thus finishing the whole drying process.
