    Desulfurization Gypsum Dryer Introduction

    Desulfurization gypsum dryer, also commonly known as carborundum powder dryer or gypsum powder dryer, is composed of heat source equipment, drying equipment, transmission parts, transportation device, dust removal plant, wind system, electronic control equipment and other several parts. Desulfurization gypsum dryer is applied for producing gypsum building materials for various purposes,which is widely used in building materials industry.

    1. Using chemical gypsum (flue gas desulfurization gypsum, ardealit, etc) to stir-fry into β-hemihydrate gypsum powder;
    2. The process guarantees the precision control of stir-frying time and temperature requirements of calcined gypsum powder;
    3. The outlet of frying machine is designed reasonable, no dust pollution at run time;
    4. Banking-up and shutdown when intermittent feeding, the frying machine can put into normal operation again after opening 3 minutes;
    5. Use the supporting gas stoves or boiling furnace to heat, and tail gas waste heat can be recovered for utilization (boiling water or heating air).

    Desulfurization Gypsum Dryer Principle

    Firstly, desulfurization gypsum is fed into the inner layer of multi-layer drum by the feeding machine to achieve downstream drying.

    Secondly it is constantly lifted up by the lifting boards, and is scattered in spiral fashion to make hot exchange.

    Thirdly, the materials will be moved to the middle layer of drum for countercurrent drying. Materials in the middle layer of drum will be constantly lifted up by lifting boards. Then the materials move to the outer drum layer.

    Afterwards, materials that reach the drying effect will be discharged fast along with hot air. While wet materials that do not meet the standard move slowlier due to the heavy weight, which helps the gypsum get adequate drying to meet the requirement.
